CEO · Strategy Architect
Mohamad Al Hajjar
- The Mission
- Sets the architectural vision that carries every AVAR asset from its first blueprint through the next Cradle, ensuring today's build already anticipates tomorrow's demand.
- The Pedigree
- Forged through rigorous engineering foundations and decades of high-stakes operational execution, bringing unyielding institutional discipline and end-to-end asset stewardship to mission-critical infrastructure.
- The Edge
- An unbroken operational model driven by lifecycle intelligence, eliminating handoff friction to maintain absolute governance from initial deployment to continuous, optimized performance.
- The Philosophy
- Unyielding accountability. True leadership in infrastructure means taking absolute ownership of an asset's entire trajectory, where operational excellence is not just a target, but a permanent standard of governance.
COO · Execution & Governance
Rabih Jawad
- The Mission
- Translates strategic intent into uncompromising operational reality, governing the execution mechanisms that ensure absolute schedule integrity and lifecycle performance.
- The Pedigree
- Forged in complex, multi-regional facility operations, bringing deep expertise in systemic risk mitigation and KPI governance to the orchestration of mission-critical services.
- The Edge
- The institutionalization of precision. Centralized governance frameworks and the AVAR Academy pivot operations toward proactive risk mitigation, ensuring "The AVAR Standard" scales flawlessly across all global deployments without dilution.
- The Philosophy
- Engineered resilience. True operational stability is not found in reactive incident management, but in architecting environments where failures cannot exist through uncompromising discipline and continuous execution.
CGIO · Growth & Innovation
Fadi Greige
- The Mission
- The modern world runs on digital infrastructure. When it stops, life stops. My mission is to bring peace of mind to everyone who depends on it, and I do that through growth and innovation. Growth means taking that certainty to every region still living with risk, until no country is left behind. Innovation means never accepting today's best as good enough, and constantly inventing smarter ways to keep the world switched on. One makes our reach bigger. The other makes our promise stronger.
- The Pedigree
- I co-founded AVAR and helped grow it from two people to a team of more than 450 today. Before that, I spent more than 10 years in engineering, working my way through automation, project and operations roles. Today I hold two roles as Chief Growth & Innovation Officer. Growth covers business development and commercial expansion across 13+ countries. Innovation covers new services and our AI division, Lyric Logic®. Together they back more than 500 MW of contracted IT load and USD 20 billion of assets under management.
- The Edge
- Most companies keep growth and innovation in separate rooms. I run both, so every new market we enter gets our latest technology from day one. Lyric Logic® predicts failures before they happen and guides engineers through every critical step. We don't depend on any single equipment maker, so there is no lock-in and no excuses, just one team accountable for every outcome.
- The Philosophy
- I believe growth has to be earned, not chased. Every new market we enter and every new partnership we sign is built on the trust of the clients we already serve. If we can't protect it, we don't take it on. I believe the same about innovation. It proves itself on a live site, not in a presentation. An idea only counts when it makes a facility safer, faster to recover or harder to break. Grow with integrity, innovate with purpose, and the results will follow.
Vice President · Technical Excellence
Joseph Sassine
- The Mission
- Drives the technical governance behind The AVAR Standard, ensuring one uncompromising benchmark of capability and performance scales seamlessly across every mission-critical environment.
- The Pedigree
- Forged in environments where critical infrastructure cannot fail, merging engineering assurance and risk management to turn extreme technical complexity into controlled, repeatable performance.
- The Edge
- The eradication of operational variance. Through strict engineering assurance and AVAR Academy talent development, technical excellence is rendered consistent, repeatable, and scalable, ensuring capability never depends on geographic location.
- The Philosophy
- Engineered consistency. In mission-critical operations, reliability is never left to chance or treated as a target—it is systematically built through one standard, one discipline, and zero compromise.
Group Finance Manager · Capital & Fiscal Stewardship
Lea-Maria Antoun
- The Mission
- To safeguard AVAR’s financial strength through disciplined capital allocation, robust financial governance, and informed decision-making. Ensuring that every investment delivers sustainable value, supports profitable growth, and optimizes performance throughout the asset lifecycle.
- The Pedigree
- AVAR’s financial approach is built on strong commercial and financial expertise across complex, multi-market operations. By combining rigorous financial management, project-level cost control, forecasting, and performance analysis, Finance provides the visibility and discipline required to support scalable growth while protecting margins and long-term value.
- The Edge
- Our edge lies in integrating financial discipline directly into operational and strategic decision-making. We look beyond initial cost to understand total lifecycle value, enabling better allocation of resources, stronger cost control, improved profitability, and more informed investment decisions. Finance works alongside operations and leadership to turn financial insight into measurable business performance.
- The Philosophy
- We believe sustainable growth is achieved when financial discipline and operational excellence work together. Our philosophy is grounded in transparency, accountability, and value creation, balancing short-term performance with long-term resilience and ensuring that growth remains commercially sound, financially sustainable, and aligned with AVAR’s strategic ambitions.
